My working relationship with Crescenta Valley Veterinary Hospital, an AAHA-accredited small animal practice in La Crescenta, California, began with logo and stationery designs purchased at my VeterinaryLogos.com website.

I designed several variations on the logo in different aspect ratios, ranging from a wide horizontal to a square, to make it work well in a full range of applications. I also contacted the American Animal Hospital Association to make sure my use of their logo to designate the hospital as accredited was in full compliance with their guidelines.

As the initial projects concluded, the practice director suggested additional design projects featuring the new logo. When we were done, she sent me the following testimonial on her new letterhead:

I have been working with Kerry Nesbit for the last couple of weeks developing a new logo for our veterinary hospital. We now have new stationery, business cards, shipping labels, prescription labels, rubber stamps and a new pole sign. Though new to this sort of thing, I had some ideas and suggestions which Kerry took into consideration at every aspect of the development. When I would question one thing or another, she would always be patient and explain her reasoning for why she thought one design worked better than another. She was invariably right and without her expertise we would not have been nearly as happy with the end results. She never refused to send me a sample of whatever suggestion I made. (Even though she knew I wouldn’t like or pick it in the end!) Her prompt responsiveness was exceptional. We are delighted with the end results and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone wanting to update their image. On a personal note, she was fun to communicate back and forth with as well. Bottom line, she’s the BEST!
